“A Model for Nonlocality”

If two photons in a suitable entangled state are emitted and passed through horizontal-vertical polarization analyzers set a distance apart, then if the left photon is measured V the right photon will always pass H. The paper presents a realist space-time dynamic model that accounts for the distant correlations observed in the Aspect-EPR experiment, without postulating faster-than-light signaling.
